Agent's removal

• We fixed a bug that prevented leads from loading on the Leads page when one of the booked appointments was with a removed agent.
• We fixed a bug that caused the appointment object to become unassigned when the agent was removed.

Other

• We fixed a bug that prevented successful removal from suppression lists when your email was blocked more than once.
